We have a liberal Bead Return Policy:

Feel free to buy what you like without worrying if the beads will work with your design.

You can always bring back what doesn't work!

Bring it back the way you bought it: If you bought a strand of beads, bring back a whole strand; If you bought beads in a package, bring back the whole package. Beads by the piece are always returnable.

Handcrafted jewelry is exchange or store credit only.

Beads and bracelets that fit Pandora or Chamilia are exchange or store credit only.

In-Store Beading

We have a beading table and tools that you can use - at no extra charge!

Some bead stores charge what they call a "Table Fee."

We want you to feel free to bead all day.

Instruction is always available but if you want us to finish your piece for you, there is a minimal charge.

We welcome kids of all ages, however, we have noticed that stringing beads tends to be suitable for children 8 years old and up.

And completing a project in-store typically takes about one hour - start to finish.

Charitable Donations

Bay Street Bead Works gives back to the community! If your organization needs door prizes or silent auction items, we can help. Because we get so many requests, we can only give up to three donations per month. We need at least one month's advance notice and we do give preferred status to our frequent beader customers. Requests will be answered within a few business days. All donation requests must use this form:
