Shipping is FREE for all Gift Certificate orders!

Shipping Rates and Policies
We use USPS Priority Mail for our shipping.
In order to make things simple and easy for you (and us!) we have a flat rate for shipping and handling of $5.00 for every order under $100.00.
And every order of $100.00 or more gets free shipping!
Return Policy
You can return anything at any time! Just bring it back the way you bought it: if you bought a full strand of beads, you can return a full strand of beads; if you bought a full package of beads, you can return the full package of beads; and individual beads are always returnable by the piece.
Defective merchandise can be exchanged or returned.
You can either bring it back to our store, here in Glens Falls, NY or you can return it through the mail for a full refund minus shipping costs.
All mail returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Just call the store at (518) 798-2323 and ask for an RA# - we will be happy to assist you.
